A list of natural grounding technics for before or after a session.

1)Walk barefoot on the earth.

2) Bring yourself to the present moment and do a body scan.

3)Eat root vegetables. (grows inside the earth and carries that frequency)

4) Grounding stones eg.  Hematite, smoky quartz, red corral, onyx, obsidian, black tourmaline, ruby, garnet, pyrite, tiger iron, black opal .

5)There are grounding scents-Essential oils eg. Cedar, vetiver, benzoine, myrrh, sandalwood, cypress, oak moss, patchouli, rosewood, chamomile, ylang-ylang or lavender.  You can combine scents or use individually. Put in metal (no plastic) spray bottle with spring water(not tap water).

6) Colors can also be used for grounding. Wearing certain colors or visualizing the coloring filling you up. Red is a good grounding color that is associated with the root chakra. Browns and blacks can also be used.

7)Sounds-Binural beats you can access (for free)on youtube made especially for the root chakra and for grounding. Or try humming and feel the sensation move down through your body.

8) Hold the palms of an already grounded person.

9) There are various grounding meditations and visualizations. Available (for free) on YOUTUBE.

10) Bathe in Sea Salt, sulfur salt, Hawaiian Salt or Himalayan Salt. Soak for 20 minutes. Use 1-2 Cups.

11) Exercise.

12) Eat healthy.
